We’ve received so much favourable feedback lately that we thought it would be nice to share some of our customer’s comments. Feedback is collected from all attendees and we read everything! It’s so pleasing to see that the feedback is evenly spread across all of our trainers, which means lots of happy customers.
“Bolace is a very engaging trainer, she was very knowledgeable and always helpful answering questions. I learnt more during this refresher than I did when I originally first did my training at Vic Uni. Thanks again, very fun day.” Attendee from Greensborough
“I attended first aid training tonight at Chirnside Park site, and did not fill out evaluation form, however I wanted to provide some feedback on the first aid trainer. The trainer was very professional. Her ability to provide constructive and positive feedback are exemplary skills, and I wanted to say thank you. In my opinion, this has been the best training experience I have had with Revive2Survive, and most of my First Aid/CPR training has been with you.” Attendee from Chirnside Park
“Brilliant, couldn’t be happier!” Attendee from Cockatoo Neighbourhood House
“Fantastic demonstration – quick and concise, information given was adequately explained. Sufficient training equipment was provided. Follow up assessment was relevant and covered throughout the session. Thank you!” Attendee from Mernda
“Jenny was engaging and moved through the content at a great pace. Questions were answered with detail and respect. Managed to hold the attention of a large group effortlessly.” Attendee from Mernda
“Ken was a fantastic trainer. He was enthusiastic, friendly and confident with the information.” Attendee from Clayton
“Awesome! Jason was the best first aid presenter I have had (I have had MANY). Kept my attention the whole time, (even though I’m tired after a long day at work).” Attendee from Doncaster East
Thank you to our great trainers and to our customers for their continued support and honesty.
Below is a testimonial received this week from the owner of a childcare centre in the southern suburbs of Melbourne:
I must say the training with Adam was probably the best we’ve had so far (and it was always very good!) so that’s saying something. He was excellent.
Below is a testimonial from another happy customer:
Well yesterday was the big day for the CPR/Defib training and everything went really, really well. (You will also be pleased to hear that I can now operate a defib machine as well!?!?).
Many thanks again for all the organising of the trainer – Bolace, from Revive2Survive. She was fantastic – very personable, knowledgeable and engaging. I heard nothing but positive comments regarding her skills as a teacher – even more today after people had time to think about what they had learnt.
Thank you to the lovely customer who sent this email to our office:
I attended the first aid workshop at Chirnside Park on Tuesday evening.
I just wanted to let you know that it was one of the best first aid workshops I have attended. Bolace is a fantastic facilitator who demonstrated the techniques with confidence and precision. Her passion for first aid shone through and was contagious.
She made the evening informative and concise in a relaxed and friendly manner.
Because of this I feel confident in my first aid abilities now, whereas I never did before. I have no hesitation in recommending revive 2 survive as my preferred choice first aid trainer. And I will definitely be updating my skills with you each year.
It is a requirement in all blended delivery courses that reading of workbooks and theory assessment must be completed prior to training day. Please follow the instructions below to complete pre-course requirements:
- Locate the pre-course printable assessment on our website by clicking on the Assessments menu tab then Pre Course Assessments.
- Record your answers by clicking on the fill-in box or complete in hand-written form.
- Print the assessment.
- Bring the assessment to the practical training session for trainers to assess in class.
The pass rate for all theory assessments is 100%. Participants are required to demonstrate a clear understanding of all topics covered in the course.
Reassessment of practical competencies:
Should assessments not be successfully completed on training day participants will be given 14 days from the date of training to successfully submit their assessment to Revive2Survive. If the assessment cannot be submitted within the time frame participants will need to attend a follow up session to be reassessed in practical competencies. Prices are listed in the Revive2Survive Schedule of Fees.
