Responsible Service of Alcohol

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Victoria is an essential certificate for hospitality workers throughout the state of Victoria. It is imperative that all those working in licensed premises have the skills and knowledge to help create an enjoyable and safe environment for patrons. All licensees and staff in Victoria who are working in the supply or service of alcohol must obtain their RSA Victoria certificate. This training course allows participants to develop basic skills and knowledge relating to industry specific regulations and obligations. On completion of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate a variety of elements, including handling difficult or intoxicated patrons, alcohol and the law and improving the atmosphere of the business.

Responsible Service of Alcohol: 4 hours

* Responsible Service of Alcohol is not a nationally accredited qualification. On successful completion of this course participants will receive a certificate from The Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.

Attendance in this course does not entitle the participant to a statement of attainment in SITHFAB201.
