Food Handling

Food Handling 1 is a must for anyone handling food in the workplace, including kitchens, restaurants, cafes and hotels, and for people working in aged care or the disability sector. This training course allows participants to develop basic skills and knowledge relating to industry specific hygiene procedures. On completion of the course, participants will be able to demonstrate a variety of elements, including compliance with personal hygiene standards, contribute to the cleanliness of food handling areas, maintain safety and correct disposal of food.
